I was waited on by a guy name Juan. He went far and beyond to help me find shoes for my son. After my purchase. I was trying to put the shoes on him and Juan came over and further helped us. Got numerous shoes to help the find the perfect fit. He was extremely nice and very sweet towards my young son. I will definitely be going back for shoes for my son.

Poor customer service......currently standing n the middle of the store...... Been here 20mins no one has even asked to help. The store is full of customers and all the employees are standing behind the counter in conversation. Im currently typing this still waiting to be helped. 1 employee. Is on their cell phone
