It is hard to find this level of amazing customer service in our modern world!! It is the Mom and Pop shops like this that matter.nWe drove in with a flat tire after stopping at shop A. for nothing but attitude and annoyance from that owner and landed at Jackson's where our dog received snuggles and the tire was serviced. On the road for a weekend of camping and hockey.nTHANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!!nnIf we lived here, they would for sure be our number one pick!!!
These guys were very professional and courteous. Fixed my issue right away. Awesome experience.
Went for a oil change and wheel balance, rims where very scuffed up afterwards granted they weren't brand new but you could tell they didnt care what so ever, scuffs on my passanger side mirror clearly could tell they hit somthing complete lack of professionalism.
Drive by every day on my way to work so decided to stop in for an inspection sticker. Fast service, will be back.
Was towed here on Memorial Day after blowing out my two front tires. The next day they had my car out of there by 8:45am. Great service and a great price. Skip the other smaller guys near by. Jackson’s has the lowest prices and enough staff on hand to get you back on the road in no time!
