Love this store. It’s always clean, staff are very friendly and help me a lot when I need different sizes. I’m 5’2” but large chest and finding tops can be a pain. The staff never grumble about the different sizes I need to try on for each type of clothing. And the free hemming is great for us short leg people!

During a recent trip I walked into the store and wasn’t greeted by any employees until I had walked halfway into the store and an employee might have said ‘welcome’. I walked past several employees including someone standing at the entrance. I wasn’t offered assistance or greeted further while shopping with a number of items I had pulled to try on. I had a stroller and no one was standing in the dresser room area. It wasn’t until I managed to squeeze my stroller into a tiny dressing room that I was offered a larger one. No one checked on my while I was trying on clothes or offered assistance. I inquired about an item from the website and was advised it isn’t usually in stock at the store... I stood there awkwardly until realizing no efforts would be made to check. Employee offered free alterations to the full length version of the item I was looking at which didn’t make a ton of sense to me as Lululemon sells a shorter length but I appreciated some sort of feedback to my inquiry. A period of time went by as I finished trying on my selections and got dressed. I exited the dressing room and the employee had pulled another item similar to the one I requested- it was kinda a weird exchange given the extended period of time that had passed and the missed opportunity to give an alternate recommendation during my initial inquiry. I left the store glad I came in to try on items I had looked at online but feeling like I had wasted my time with the trip to the store. A majority of the items I wanted weren’t stocked and I wear a very standard size and the employees essentially couldn’t have been less helpful. The interactions didn’t meet my expectations of shopping at a (admittedly overpriced) luxury athletic clothing store, not to mention I was one of maybe 5 shoppers in the store. If you know your sizing, don’t bother with a trip and order online.

I wish I was blond, they did not treat us nice today. I feel sad for one of the young woman there, she was yelled by her manage because of me. I felt terrible for her. I love their clothes, but I will go shopping online instead of going to Ann Arbor store.ud83dude41ud83dude41

Lululemon store in Ann Arbor. Attempted to make an exchange and the cashier was rude and acted elitist! I tried to explain that this was the first time I had purchased their leggings after many positive recommendations from friends. I was also told about their amazing customer service! Well, I did not experience that today! The leggings kept falling off the first time I wore them! I actually pulled the tag off when hiking them up! She made no effort to explain a return policy or suggest an option to remedy this! So much for $98 leggings!

Terrible customer service. Rude and stock up.nI asked a lady by mens area to check an item online that they didn't have at the store . In the middle of the transaction she gets a phone call, leaves me with no explanation and no eye contact saying I'll be back with you in a minute or something like that. Nope she goes behind a counter and gets busy with the call maybe a more valued customer , I don't know. I waited and waited still ignoring me completely. I prefer to spend my money where I am respected. I don't understand how they hire these people
