They have literally gone ghost since covid. No one is answering the phone in stores or in corporate office, no responses back via emails. Ive tried for 2 months. My wedding is coming up and they are literally no where to be found. Their 1800 number is not even working any more. This is disgusting and not how you handle business whether in a crisis or not.

President Tuxedo decked myself and my Groomsmen out for my recent wedding. It was a pleasure working with them and I enjoyed their professionalism. I personally went through the Ann Arbor store and had a nice experience.

Went with my boyfriend, because he wanted to buy a suit. Also, with my dad; same reason. A little pricey for the quality. If you're looking for a regular ole suit, you might want to go elsewhere, however, finding a tux, might be tricky at other places. We didn't get to the final fitting part, so I can't speak about what that was like. Also, can't say much about service, except we were left mostly to our own devices.

Found this great little formal wear boutique in the mall this week. Absolutely wonderful choices! The prices are a little higher than some but the quality is superb, and the sales people are very friendly and patient. If your looking for formal wear for Prom or wedding take a peek at what they have to offer, you wont be dissapointed. I wasn't!
