I spoke with Jenny, one of the store managers. I asked her if I could make an exchange as I accidentally purchased the wrong size when I ordered online. She was so condescending in her whole response. She said, “like I don’t even understand your question. We don’t have that item” and she hung up on me! Express, you can do better than an impatient teenager with no customer service skills.
I never used to shop here but my wife is helping me expand my style horizons so we've started going here and I actually really like it. A lot of quality options for guys from casual to very dressy. Can be a little pricey but I don't really mind because everything I've gotten here is pretty high quality. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, I'm not really one to have someone follow me around and shop with me but everyone usually greets you and is helpful if you have any questions.
So good. I got the Kiss of Fire roll and the crab salad in it was the best I've had.

Express has great clothes for the office, a night out, and casual wear too. Sometimes a little pricey, but there's always a great clearance section if you're willing to dig through it.
