Customer service is lacking! We were not greeted by any employee and was actually followed by the big guy around the store. The only reason I can give 3 stars is because they were the only store in the mall that had shoes for my daughter. I definitely won't be back though. When shoppers enter a store and make eye contact with staff its courteous to welcome us or simply say hello. It's also nice to ask if we need help rather than stare or literally follow us in circles.
Selection of merchandise not very unique. I was expecting more of a one of a kind purchase. Prices fair, store very clean staff helpful and friendly
Nice clean store with a nice selection of clothing and shoes with good prices you will find things that other stores wont have the staff is friendly knowledgeable and not pushy I picked up a pair of sneakers in a fairly uncommon colorway for way less than retail
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Even though they didn't have in stock what my son wanted. They went above and beyond to try to get it for me. Definitely will be going back.
Do not shop here! I bought a pair of Adidas sweatpants for $70 they were the right size I loved them I try wearing them the next day and realized the pocket had a huge hole. I put them back in the bag with the receipt and the guy gave me the hardest time with the return. He raised his voice at me and told me he was doing me a favor. They lost a customer for life.
