Love! This is the only Journey's store I will shop at. I was just recently there and was helped by a young woman named Autumn who was incredibly kind and helpful! Perfect customer service. She helped me find exactly what size and style I wanted and was very attentive. Unfortunately the store seems to be lacking variety. I couldn't find a style shoe I had saw online. :(

Aiden was awesome. They didn't have any shoes in my son's size so he offered to order them and have them shipped to the house free of charge. He was very pleasant when he spoke and his assistant was very friendly as well. Both were very informative about the products in their store.
Every time I’ve been in this store, the staff has always been friendly, cheerful, and eager to help. Even when the store has been busy, the employees do their best to make sure every customer has been greeted and has been helped. It’s hard to find size 14 in men but the staff has always gone above and beyond to help me out, and returns and exchanges have always been so smooth and easy. Truly a really great location to shop for shoes!
OMG! I had the most amazing experience today at this journeys location inside of briarwood. The young lady who helped me was AMAZING! I ended up buying 2 pair of timberlands and ordered some vans. This was my first time, and definitely not my last time shopping at this location. Too bad I didn’t get the young lady’ s name. Great customer service.
