Slow service. Every time I have to go to a Zumiez I have to grip my own board. Also they told me I would have guaranteed next day delivery but my order is now going to take 6 days... SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SKATESHOPS! Leave Zumiez in 2012 where they belong.
pretty lit place, everyone was friendly and the naruto stuff is sick
Zumiez is a place that my seven-year-old son loves to go because they treat him just like he’s one of the older skaters. They are knowledgeable enough and have a good selection of decently priced gear and boards. Be sure to check out the stickers in the front at the cash register as the variety is always changing!
Decided to pick up in store, the website said they would be ready in one hour. I had to call three hours later, they told me they had “just gotten the order” and that I should receive the email to pick them up soon.nEmail came and told me that they would ship the items to my billing address because the items were no longer available at the store.nI only chose items that were available for pick up at the store.nWhen I tried to cancel the order it didn’t even cancel. I don’t know what to do. This place actually sucks more every time I shop there.
