Super great store. I find myself wanting to buy everything I touch lol and super friendly staff. My cashier (Oliver) was the nicest person ever and so helpful.
Drove all the way from Detroit and they were closed over a half hour early. Called and they said they were experiencing high call volume and could not enter. We were standing at the gate with the employees inside when we called.nnTheir hours should reflect their actual operationsnnVery unhappy with our visit.
Really love this store and the staff are very sweet and kind. I was late on getting something on hold and they were kind enough to hold it again. It's the first time I ever felt like I was important because other stores would not even put stuff on hold for me. So thank you Hot Topic!! Also it's a great store to be yourself and to see all the things you love from bands to anime to Disney and so on!! Hot Topic is the best and so are their employees!!!
