This is my absolute favorite Jcrew in Michigan! The staff is always so kind and helpful. When I’m shopping at this location, they treat me like I’m the only customer in the store. They have a great assortment of product and the store is always merchandised beautifully. I was doing some shopping over the holidays and got to meet their new store director, Keith. I can tell he is going to be a great asset to this company and store!
I just had to share my experience about this J.Crew- Keith was so amazing in helping me shop on a day I needed some retail therapy. He made me feel special and helped me find clothes I love. 10/10, I will definitely be retuning to this location
Friendly staff, good variety of clothes, but not above and beyond
Good service but rarely do they have a wide size selection or many choices. If I'm making a trip to the store, what's the point if they don't have many choices or sizes? It is a very pretty store with good merchandising.
I kind of hate shopping so if I can get in and out quickly with a minimum of fuss, I'm happy. I needed a blazer for work and decided on the Regent blazer at J Crew. The salesman was friendly, helpful, and even hauled out the steam machine to get some wrinkles out. All said and done, I left SUPER HAPPY within 30 min. ud83dudc4d
