I panicked because InWouldn’t have time to re-send them tonColorado to arrive in time for Xmas.nI contacted Customer Service, and theynRouted me to Anna Swindell. Well, from that moment I knew MY mistake was in goodnHands! At the busiest time of year for retailers,nShe worked diligently to contact UPS to havenDan’s gifts re-routed to Colorado. I could have just re-ordered his gifts from the ColoradonStore, but like any NEW product S&L comesnOut with, these ones immediately SOLD OUT!!nMy point....I always characterize PeoplenAnd Companies by their Actions, that way I’mnNever fooled by their WORDS! What an amazing company with the best customer service. I ordered 9 shirts from them for my wedding and had them embroidered and wasn't pleased with how they turned out. So I reached out to their customer service and what did they do? They sent out new shirts at no cost! I mean this was an unbelievable example of customer service and long term thinking. I will definitely be back. And the shirts are so comfortable, each one of my groomsman loved them! Thank you again S & L, you guys are a truly amazing company.

From casual to dress everything my husband has from S&L is top notch.
