We loved the work Brandon and his crew did on our basement bathroom, they demolished the bar area and built a full bathroom! They were always on time and very professional! He said it would be a 3-4 week project and they were done in 3 1/2! I would highly recommend BA Construction
I do NOT recommend this vendor. Biggest regret of my life is hiring Brandon - gave him biggest project of his life and he did not deliver. Project was started Oct 2019 and its still not complete - $32K project. According to Brandon, getting final city approval is not in scope of contract. Will be taking legal actions against him. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL VENDOR! HE WILL NOT FINISH THE JOB AND WILL NEVER HONOR HIS WARRANTY! Will post evidence to support this review!nnDO NOT MAKE FINAL PAYMENT BEFORE YOU RECEIVE FINAL CITY APPROVAL - ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE, YOU WILL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN!nnPAID $31,600 already for this project (labor and material). Was holding $400 payment to be made after I receive final approval - Agreement was 3 equal payments ( $3k at start, $3k mid project and $3k at end) but according to Brandon, I didn't pay him full amount.nnIf I can pay $31,600 for a project, I can also afford to pay last $400 - but his non ethical business practices doesn't understand that. Also while he was working on my project - he took many projects in between during that time.nnText and email proofs to follow.
Brandon and Tony remodeled our basement recently. They were very professional, very thorough, and completed the basement in a timely matter. Their customer service was also great. Brandon was always willing to answer any questions that we had. We were constantly updated about everything that was going on during the remodel process. Our basement is finally done the right way and my husband and I have no complaints. We are highly satisfied and will definitely be using B A Construction for all of our remodeling needs.
I had two major projects done by BA construction. They built a deck in my backyard and they created a stacked stone accent wall in my living room. Took about 3 days per project. By far best prices I was quoted and the quality of Both is amazing. Thanks BA and team for transforming my home and I will be using again very soon! I was highly pleased and impressed with the deck! Very very great work!
The first thing that impressed me was the knowledge of this company. I knew I wanted a deck but not exactly what I wanted. They provide 3D images of what I could do with the space I had which made it very easy for me to decide. Very PROFESSIONAL AND Punctual! My project was finished not a day later than our contract. What pleased me the most was the flexibility. After my deck was built I notice a few changes that needed to be made to ensure the safety of my children. I thought they would have to come back or it would take another week or so to get it done. NOPE!! They made changes on spot. Definitely worth every red penny I spent.
