WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, DO NOT USE THEM.nCalled Paul at CGE mid December, i recently purchased a home that he has been servicing for the original owner for years. I told him that there is a Generator on Site that is not working that i need to get running to clear city inspection. Paul asked me to send him an email to remind him. This cycle took place for 4 weeks and him not getting back to me. I called him today to confirm that he is receiving my emails and he told me he's too busy and i can call someone else and hung up on me.nn0 Customer Servicen0 Care of customer exeriencenRudennDo not waist your time or money with these guys.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband called and made an appointment for 9:00am and no one showed up. They didn't call or send a message to let him know what was going on. When he attempted to call them there was no answer and their voicemail was full. Very poor customer service. He had to call another company and they came out to our house within a couple of hours. We were able to get the work done for less and with shorter notice.

Paul was very friendly and fair. He found out the issue and solve it fast. I wanted to give him 5 stars, but reduced 1 star because there was delay. Other than that I am thankful of him.

CGE came to my house last year after the power went out in half of the upper level of my house. Not only did they come out the same day to investigate the problem, when Paul arrived, he put protective covers/booties on his work shoes to walk through my home - without even asking him to do so. Paul discovered the issue in less than 15 minutes and corrected the wiring that brought power back to my upstairs level. And in addition to all of that, the charges were extremely reasonable. I would trust CGE to do work for me any time in the future.
