In the past 7 months we have spent more than I'd like to share on a home renovation. Beginners mistake buying a money pit. However, I'm fiance and I look forward to coming to Home Depot each time because of Jeri!nnShe knows exactly who to ask and where to find everything we need. We love the feeling of coming and seeing familiar faces that care about our shopping experience!nnThank you all for the work you do!

I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot. They have a policy by which they wash their hands of any responsibility once the appliance is delivered. Their 3rd party delivery company has a real lack of experience installing a refrigerator and that is who you get to deal with after the purchase if something is wrong. They delivered three faulty refrigerators two of which I believe were broken on installation. The fourth one is a charm! The delivery company delayed delivery each time. We were basically without a non-faulty fully functioning refrigerator for around four months as we went through the process. As I am entering this review the unit is making strange noises. Great... Home Depot now has the lack of quality and backing of their appliances as Best Buy. For both stores, I now would say if you can't carry a product you buy out of the store yourself, go somewhere else. Whirlpool direct did a fantastic job delivering and installing our new dishwasher. I will be using them again for any other appliance needs in the future.
