Mike was awesome to work with. He was upfront and honest with what my options were and didn't try to talk me into buying something he knew I couldn't afford unlike other dealers I went to. I drove off the lot with a 2015 Toyota camry the next day and I am very satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new ride. It’s not a fancy place but the cars are clean and he is very upfront and has a no BS approach. We had to wait about 15 minutes for him to finish up with another customer but he was very accommodating and got us in and out very quickly.
Had a great experience at Western Mass Cars from start to finish. Mike was able to finance my son for his first car before he leaves for college this month.
