I wanted to sincerely thank this dealership service department for not only resolving an issue from another Ford dealership, but going above and beyond to ensure that it was taken care of. I went to the dealer to inquire about fixing a issue that I had already paid another dealership for that essentially told me my business wasn’t valued and told me they couldn’t do anything for me. That was after that dealer charged me several hundred dollars. When pulling into the Balise Ford lot, I stopped and asked the person in the dealers lot for direction to the parts department and she asked if she could help me in anyway. I quickly told her my issue and she immediately said that wasn’t right for what the other Ford dealer charged me, especially since nothing was resolved. She assured me that she will get it taken care of and help me out. She took my vehicle in, got the service manager involved, gave me a ride back to work while they took care of it. I let her know I’d pay for the service’s performed and to let me know. Shortly after, she reached out, letting me know the issue was resolved and because of the unprofessional service received by the other Ford dealership, they were not going to charge me. I was quite honestly taken back by the level of courtesy, professionalism and taking care of an issue that her dealership didn’t create. That level of customer service I haven’t received from anywhere in a very long time.nnThank you Koryn and Balise Ford for taking care of me. I truly appreciate it and I highly recommend anyone to visit this location for future service to your vehicle.

I just had ANOTHER great shopping experience at Balise Ford, this time with Sebastian Rivera. He was very helpful in all ways and I'd recommend him to all. This is a great dealership to work with.

I’m not one to write bad reviews but I give the service department a 0/10. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. One of our trucks broke down and we got it towed to this dealership. Before the truck got there I called in to let them know what was going on. They told me everything I wanted to hear and how it would get looked at next day since there was no major issues with the truck. 2.5 weeks later and nothing got done except a battery replacement and fuel pump. Those did not even need to be replaced to begin with. I made 20+ Calls a day to attempt to contact the service department. I called just about everyone at the dealership but could not get ahold of Karin Or any other service advisor. We got charged roughly $1600 and had to pay $900+ to cover a second tow to another shop. It only needed a $59 part and was fixed same day.nnI’m not sure how a company can operate like this and hope this does not happen to anyone else. Bring your vehicles to another dealer for service.

Overall pleasant experience. Damio did a good job laying out my options and was accommodating when my first choice was slightly out of my price range. He found me a vehicle which I liked even better that fit my price range. The business manager, Ricky/Rich, who handled the finance piece of the deal shocked me by actually showing me my final price of what Damio and I agreed on and didn’t bait and switch a higher price in an effort to “meet in the middle” which is such a frustrating piece of typical vehicle negotiation. Very happy with my purchase and the two individuals mentioned above.

Seems like a whole new crew .... I haven't had any Issues with my Edge and just purchased a nice used suv for the wife.nJacob Johnson my sales person was very helpful and processed the paperwork in a quick and friendly manner.nnJacob was super understanding of my schedule conflicts and offered to help in whatever way I could use the help.nI wrote a bad review before under frustration with the previous crew of Ford of Wilbraham..nI Love my fords...nAnd based on my experiences after the fact....I,ll continue to bring my cars there for service and maybe someday upgrade again.nnThank you Jacob for your courtesy and understanding.
