Class Auto Sales

They sold me a car with a fake title. Died within a month and they claimed there was nothing they could do about it. Low class place that took advantage of me. Do NOT waste your time with these people.

If I can rate this zero stars TRUST ME I will.nLet me tell everyone about my experience with these lying fraud humans.nI went in on March 9th to ask questions about financing an SUV the guy Erwin pointed me a Nissan SUV he told me it was ready to go and it had low mileage and it was in perfect conditions let me say the outside looked stunning for a 2006 so I believed what he said about the car being in good conditions so I did everything he asked me to do Gave my down payment, put insurance on the car and I took him 5 days to actually give me the car after the car was already on my name and the contract was signed, on March 14th is when everything went down hill, he dropped my car off at my job and gave me the keys inside I still have about 2 hours till my shift was over so finally my shift is over I get in my car and the first thing I noticed was the high mileage he obviously lied about the second thing I notice was a reject sticker on the car so obviously the car was not safe to drive so I called him and asked why and he told me the car had a bad ball joint but let me remind you he still gave me the car to drive he asked me to bring the car back on Monday I told him I work all weekend and my next day off is Tuesday so I left the car parked for 3 days and used my moms car on Tuesday I dropped my car off right to the dealers he told me it was going to be a quick fix and he should call me the next day, LIES it took him a week and a half to call me and tell me to pick the car back up so when he called me I picked the car back up and the reject sticker was still on it and the car needed an alignment badly and the car was on E when I gave it to them full I told him I’m not taking the car with the sticker on it so I left it at the lot and I went home the car has been there ever since and on April 6th my car was stolen from their lot and I have a poilice report and now my car is on police hold now I have no car and I’m forced to pay a car note to a car I technically never had I’m 25 and pregnant a full time worker and I just wanted my life a little easier with a car so I won’t depend on my moms car and I told him day 3 of me having that car that I wanted a full refund and that I wanted to do a reverse on the contract like it never happened he didn’t want to do that when he could of I spoke to my bank to my lawyer and to the insurance and all three places told me the same thing that he definitely could of He than told me the owner was going to pay my car note that was due on the 10th of April he told he was going to call me today April 13th to talk about the payment and when I called the owner he gave me the excuse saying he isntgoing to pay it when he told me him self he was and now they told me they will call tomorrow.nnI don’t deserve any of this I’m a good person who helps everyone out I don’t deserve all this stressnnLet me add on than a couple days of my car being stolen I got a toll charge mail to my house because someone took my car to warren mss through te mass pike I called and asked about that and he said oh don’t worry about it we will pay for them when that’s not the point the point is why was someone driving my car with out telling me when it’s under my name and idk what they were doing their excuses was that they needed to drive 80 miles in order to pass inspection wether that’s true or not my permission should of been asked be cause if anything was to happen that’s my name getting dragged .

They dont have any real cars for sale. They try to intimidate their clients with threats after they sell them lemons. They give a run around on who you should speak to. Noone claims to be the owner or manager. No real mechanics and they do do illegit business. In the process of a lawsuit and shutting them down. They dint respond to financing place and no working number.
