had a good experience with Beachside Motors. Robert was always open for any questions and was prompt with his replies to my queries.nnI brought my truck with trade in of my existing car. The price quoted for trade in was in range of market trend and Robert was fair and cooperative during the whole sales process.nnRobert knows his job well and unlike other used car dealers, he is hands on and can be seen using elbow grease in his Garage.nnThe truck was thoroughly cleaned and detailed and given with half tank of fuel. He was welcoming and even though it took some time to complete paper work and close the deal post his closing time he was cooperative and didn't rush to wrap things upnnHe was upfront on the charges and accurate with all the paper work.nnWith Current COVID situation I opted for his services to get the registration and DMV formalities and he delivered the registration and other paperwork within promised time.nnIt was a pleasure dealing with him and would definitely recommend him.nnCheers !!nnSG

Typical used car salesman. Talks about how long he has been in the business, how he gets all his cars inspected by a mechanic, only sells the best cars, etc. Sold me a car that seemed to be in good condition. Shortly after I started driving it the check engine light came on. Took to dealer and they told me the codes had been reset and once the sensors were set it threw the CEL. Fuel in car was contaminated and had to pay to have the fuel system purged. He wouldn't pay or even split the bill. Blamed it on the gas station. Short time later the entire fuel system was replaced. Thankfully VW covered it. Bought the car at the end of winter so didn't know AC system was screwed up until a few weeks after his warranty ran out. Brought it in and the condenser had a crack in it. Another $1100. Didn't even call back, knew he would just blame it on someone else.

Very poor buying and personal experience with this business and owner, Robert Kopec. Vehicle was in terrible condition, soon noticed upon payment, and he failed to make even basic repairs easy. Mechanical failures even covered within the used warranty period were disputed and he did all he could to avoid responsibility. I wouldn’t buy a stroller from this guy.
