Start to finish they were professional, communicative, timely, dependable and did an absolutely beautiful job on our commercial floor repair and replacement . Great attention to detail. I was able to run my businesses and never stress about this project from the moment they came through the doors for the estimate to completion which was right on time. We have used Tri-Pups several times for a range of jobs. Every time, Chris does an exceptional job, is reasonably priced and is completely trustworthy. He has come out on short notice for urgent repairs and during the only job that was bigger than anticipated, he communicated about what he had found, how it needed to be repaired, and kept the billing very fair.
