I worked here for about a year and a half. The Front Desk Administration was extremely helpful and kind. The Art, Theater, Geography and Social Studies Teachers were great! I really loved their School Psychologist and Speech Therapy Teachers. At the time I worked in Special Education in a self contained Emotional Support Cluster. I often helped the behavior cluster and Autism Cluster as well. My coworkers and support staff were great.
I did feel there was very little room for career change or career advancement at this school. That may have been due to the position I applied for though. Administrators and Principals were helpful and tried to be accommodating to teachers and staff. I do remember that there was a lot of Jordan School District red tape to go through for changes in policy, salary or school rules and procedures.
Attended here all three years of Jr. High. The teachers I had were great. Overall a great experience. The one negative of this school is due to lack of windows in its design it feels a lot like a prison.
This place is terrible. Please try to keep your children out of this school. I am a student here and I hate every minute of it. Do everything in your power to avoid going to this school.
My vice principal Mr Twitchell was AWESOME
If your child has disability and you are not Amercian and if you dont want your see your child in hospital by Police handcuff with lots of pain on her hand just because she wanted to hurt herself and NOT OTHERS dont send her or him to this school.
