Mainstae is a gorgeous facility for all things fitness and wellness! I personally love the Pilates and TRX classes. Each class is personalized to the people in it and the instructors are amazing!! A great addition to Armada.

I love this studio. I’ve tried the Pilates, TRX and yoga classes. All are perfectly challenging and the instructors are attentive and never hesitate to spend extra time to answer any questions. The studio also carries some great natural products for purchase. Drop in for a class.
