This is the nicest campground I've ever been to. The campsites were well spaced so we had some privacy and also beautiful views of the lake. The entire campground, including the bathroom (with flush toilets), was very clean. The beach was small but sandy and the water is very clear so swimming was enjoyable. There is very little light pollution and the stargazing was fabulous. But the best part was the staff on site, especially Don. He could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Normally a great stop but during Covid - Beware! After more than a week in remote campgrounds with pit toilets and few people we had thought coming here to running water would be nirvana. Instead we found a campground filled with people who weren't even practicing basic hygiene let alone extra in the presence of a pandemic. No one - including campground hosts and cleaning staff - in face masks. No one washing hands with or with out soap. No social distancing. Boats and mini golf for the borrowing. Chairs and cushions for campers to cozy up in for casual use, dumpsters overflowing. Coughing hacking. 1am and again at 730am generators. We left immediately after breakfast and days ahead of the end of our reservation. Big Mistake to stop here. Now we wait 14 days to see what it may cost us. Only come here if you want to deny reality. We're heading back into the woods.

We love the campground. The water is nice but it does smell fishy at times. You can rent canoe or kayaks here as well and there are nice walking trails and gorgeous views at night. We had a nice stay here.

It would have been wonderful camping spot unfortunately it wasn’t good experience. The campsites does not have privacy too open that it lacks feel of rustic camping. The hosts and manager was all fay roving around in their golf carts patrolling. They have very loud generator right by tent campsites that awfully loud and strategically poor assignments for RV’s and tents. Most RV’s have gets the spot by lake. Tried to switch sites since out campsite was in middle of open area and we have the loud generator right by out site,got a cold response from manager. Showers not available but lake is walking distance for late night showers.
