Our living room looks AWESOME! Even the 22 foot ceiling. Precision was one of three estimates we got and after weighing cost, character and reviews, to name a few, we are happy we went with Precision. Jon’s trusted crew of Ethan and Buddy came in and handled themselves professionally and paid close attention to detail. Jon was here on day one, checked in with us during the job and than came out at the end to make sure we were happy with the job that was done. Thank you Jon for taking care of us during this painting process!
EDIT: I am revising my review to 5 stars after Precision contacted me and came to my house almost immediately to resolve. Customer service is very important to me and I am happy with what was resolved, as well as the other areas that were painted originally.nnJon and Ethan were professional and kind. Looked like they did a good job. After they left I inspected the job and found three areas (mainly) that had dripping from too much paint; see photos attached.nnThere was also paint on the floor. It was smeared, so it makes it more difficult to remove.nnWith 28 5-star reviews, I expected more for my money. Now I need to fix the areas that have dripping myself. Did not get what I paid for.
Holy smokes, what a terrific EIGHT DAYS of painting! Not many can actually say that but it truly was. The crew was here early each day, super thoughtful, helpful (they let the dog in and out!), excellent painters, the entire house looks fantastic and rejuvenated. When Jon came out to give us an estimate, we hired him the spot (my husband NEVER does that - so that says a lot). Jon came out, quoted the work, which included painting and drywall repair, and staining of huge beam going across my living room. Ethan came out to do the work, and was fantastic! Work done perfectly, professionally, on time everyday and careful to cover everything. Couldn't ask for more!
Very professional company. Fast turn around from the time the job was quoted to the finished product. They exceeded every expectation I would definitely use them again.
