I had always wanted to try yoga but didn’t know where to start until my friend introduced me to the space. The studio is beautiful warm and inviting I can’t imagine how I almost missed out on an incredible opportunity to connect with myself on a level I never had before. It’s the therapy I didn’t know I needed I’ve never felt so refreshed then after leaving any number of their wonderful classes!

The Space is a sacred home for healing. I highly highly recommend this studio for a powerful experience of movement for the body and soul.

It's not just a yoga studio. These teachers care so much about holistic well being. Different classes for what you'd like from the heart pounding Release to the slower Calm. They've also been posting/live streaming some classes on Facebook so you can get an idea of their style! Go to just one class and you'll get it I promise (and then go get The Buzz at the smoothie place next door!)

Always an amazing class. They are kind, push you to work hard, and I feel apart of the community here. A great place to take a yoga class! Liv Monte is one of my favorite instructors!

The Space is unlike any other studio I have been to. The classes they provide speak to your soul. It’s so much more than just yoga. So much more that just a workout. So much more than just movement. The Space and everyone inside those walls have forever changed me! Beautiful aesthetic and feel. The intention behind each and every little piece that makes up The Space is so apparent. This is a hidden jewel!
