Been a member here for a little over a year and it's always a clean environment to exercise in with such friendly staff. Everyone is really good about wearing their masks while working out, but if you'd rather be around less people as well, it's best to go as late as you can. Regardless of when you go, it's always a chill place where you can comfortably do your own thing at your own pace.
Make sure you are enforcing the mask requirement. Noticed many people not wearing them correctly or removing them for extended periods of time. Also, you need to enforce cleaning of equipment. I noticed many members hopping around without cleaning. Rather than have the entire staff behind the counter, you should have 1 or 2 roaming to clean equipment or remind members to do so. Lastly, there is room to space some things out more. Rethink the setup. Boots and street shoes should not be allowed either.
This gym is immaculately clean! Very friendly staff! Great place to workout no matter your fitness level. The hydrobed massage is amazing! The Total Body Enhancement is awesome and you have unlimited tanning with your membership. Great value, great place to workout!
As much as I love planet fitness I can't help but laugh at how hard they try to preach no judgment. Although the company judges you If your water bottle is too big, the clothes you wear are too breathable or if your weights make too much noise.
I experienced a few billing issues with their corporate office- charging me days after I had canceled my membership. I called and spoke with Mike and he was very responsive and professional over the phone, he was able to resolve the issue. Thank you Mike for great customer service.
