I don’t write a lot of reviews but the folks at Tristar deserve some credit. Their entire team was professional, polite, and really helpful through the whole process. I had them help me with running electrical to a new pole barn and they did a great job. I particularly want to thank Julie (office) and Brad (electrician) for helping me get this dream project done. They will be my electricians on any future projects I need. Thanks guys!

I live in a neighborhood that frequently loses power. I've wanted an outlet installed for my generator for a while now. I saw a Facebook ad for Tri Star Electrical and reached out to them for an estimate. From start to finish, the experience was top notch! I received a response right away and received the estimate same day. The service was completed the next day. Our electrician was so kind and walked me through all the steps to ensure I knew how to use it and would feel comfortable starting the generator as well. Jerry and his team rough wired my basement. They were excellent. Work made it very easy for me to finish after the drywall. Inspector commented on the great job and Jerry was available after the install for a few questions.

We decided we needed a generator for our home as the power in our neighborhood was going out frequently. We saw an ad for Generac and called them. Tri-Star Electric became our source for this product. Scott came out , met with us and because of his professionalism and knowledge we ordered the generator. We have been very satisfied with all of processes from installation to our first maintenance visit. f we had any questions along the way they were always answered quickly and with honest conversation. We have talked about Tri-Star Electric with several friends and neighbors even if they already have a generator. We will recommend Tri-Star Electric for any electrical service needs .

Tri Star Electrical & Lighting have serviced our home for about 4 years and every contact with them has been excellent. The quality of their work is unmatched. The service is timely and responsive. The people are exceptional...kind, courteous, attentive, and highly skilled. Everyone from Julie, the office manager, and Jerry, the owner, are the type of people you want to associate with and allow into your home or work place. On a scale of 1 through 10, we'd give them a 15!
