I recently had my 15,000 miles service at Lia Hyundai of Enfield. Michael Lockard was my service advisor. He went over what was needed. All the services I requested were done quickly. I left earlier than I expected. I have all my Hyundai Sonata services done here without any issues.
I had an issue with my vehicle and I brought it to Lia Hyundai in Enfield, my point of contact was Michael Lockard. He explained it was an issue with my engine and explained the process in which he would look into getting a replacement for me. I spoke with him a few days later and he told me that he procured an engine for me.nnI was profoundly relieved that he was able to do that, he had me come up and got me loaned vehicle until the job was done.nnI have to commend Michael on his professionalism and attention to detail. He is always polite and courteous and he managed to get this done under some very trying circumstances. He is excellent at his job and a asset to his dealership.nnThank you for all your help with this matter.
I have never had a problem getting my car repairs done here. They are courteous, polite and on time. I have never felt pressured to have additional work done to my car, like I have at other places.
