I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Sport from Lia Honda in Enfield Ct and it was a great experience! Dan was the salesman who helped me out, he had the car pulled up for me when I arrived. We went for a drive, got back to the dealership and completed the transaction quickly and efficiently. Dan was very considerate of my time and made it so easy. I highly recommend Lia Honda in Enfield, and make sure you ask for Dan when you get there!

Great place for buying a car, terrible for getting it serviced.nnSales - 5 stars to sales team. They were friendly, helpful and great to work with. I will definitely be going back there when I am ready to buy a new car! Can't say enough about how great of an experience it was.nnMaintenance - 1 star. Only reason I am giving them one star is because they have a nice waiting area. Had been going there for the past couple years and the folks writing up the service have been pretty friendly and the waiting area is really nice. Always went there assuming they would be honest and upfront and not try anything shady like you would see at 3rd party shops. Boy was I wrong. Just got routine service done and had a bill quite a bit higher than expected. Reviewed what I was charged for and noticed they added in an oil filter I did not need and a fuel cleaning service I did not need. Came about to about $230 of unneeded charges!!! Can't believe they did that, hard enough financially during COVID times without my trusted Honda dealer messing me over. Also seemed to have overhauled their staff because the folks working there this past time were pretty rude and didn't really know what they were doing, took them half an hour to apply a 15% off coupon I had.

Jesse Robles is a terrific service advisor. He is courteous, professional and efficient. He fulfilled all of my requests and thoroughly explained what was done to our vehicle, as well as the results of the top to bottom service check.

Walker in sales is very personal and very professional. I pulled on the lot just to look at what they had and he came out and answered all my questions I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready to buy. I recommend Walker to everyone who is looking to buy a car. I can’t wait to work with Walker on my next purchase.

Two different sales representatives here refused to show me the car I wanted to buy because I wasn't going to purchase it that day. Luckily for me Manchester Honda showed me the car, I loved it, and got it a few weeks later all while having amazing customer service. Do yourself a favor and don't go here - instead drive to Manchester Honda where you'll get a fair price, good customer service, and no BS.
