Great experience at this dealership! Sales & Leasing Consultant Matthew was great to deal with on buying a used pickup truck. Everyone was wearing a mask when we entered the offices including my wife & I! Got the vehicle we wanted and everyone was just awesome! Looking forward with having my truck serviced done at Lia!
Truthfully we did not expect to purchase on the day of our second visit. Our salesperson Miguel was honest and talked with us about limited available inventory on the 2020 Rogue SV and that helped us a make a decision to move forward. The sales process was smooth and the finance manager John was also very helpful. The overall experience was very good.
Came in for last minute oil change and was in and out in under 45 min. And there was no belabored upselling. The cashier was extremely pleasant

Everything was the best, however I found one small but important thing to me there are several paint chips along the edge of the drivers door, vertically that I need to see about. I love the Kicks and with the resolution of the chipped will come a loyal customer. I appreciate integrity and professionalism!
