Our local Domino's does a great job with the set up, adding ingredients and cooking all the different food they offer. The deliveries are almost always done by decent and caring people. Thank you!

Delivery driver was incredibly rude. Told me I was “some kind of special” didn’t leave the food on the doorstep like he was supposed to, brought it right to the door and shoved it over so rudely. Was ordering from here like at a least once a week, won’t ever order again after how rude the driver was. Called and told the store, the manager didn’t know what to do. Said sorry and that I didn’t sound special. Unbelievable.

Ordered a pizza from these guys at 1045 PM on a night they close at 12. They had me on hold when I ordered so I gave it an extra 25 min after their quoted time before calling in to check on it. When I did call in literally only 5 min after the last orders are taken the only explanation I got was we are closed. In 35 years of my life (20 working in the service industry) I have never written a complaint about service. The guy who took my order and answered the second time (same person) is by far the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life.

Every time I order from here the person who picks up the phone is rude. I think it’s the same boy every time but I don’t know his name. He has no type of customer service, he uses language like “yup” “k” “sure” “I guess”. I’m so annoyed by him I don’t understand how they can have someone like that working there. And when I give him my order & tell him specifically what I want for example (extra garlic on the crust, extra pineapple) my pizza never comes out the way I ask. It’s very frustrating.

I called and the order taker was noticeably irritated and rude with me for asking about specials that they have. I understand that answering a phone and talking to customers might not be how you want to spend your Friday night but don’t take it out on the customer. All I wanted was a list of specials. If you decide to buy pizza from here instead of the local place across the street that honestly does it better, then make sure you order online because I’d rather walk on hot coals than listen to this guy complaining.
