Not only are the clothes adorable and affordable, but the customer service is amazing! I had a defective item, and the process to fix was seamless. Thank you Sparkle In Pink and Mindi for going above expectations! I will continue to recommend this boutique :)

POOR customer service! Received a shipment today as a first time customer. I was not happy with one of the bows. I had hoped for the price it would have been better quality. I called customer service to see what I needed to do to get a different one. I was having issues getting my email up to get my order receipt. That irritated the customer service rep and she was incredibly rude to me. She asked me to describe it, and so I tried, but I had a mini stroke and struggle finding words sometimes so that seemed to make her even more mad. Eventually she just said "Fine. You've been refunded for the bow THIS time. Donate it or something. BYE" I won't return. Not because of the bow.. The other items I received were adorable and seemed to be a little better quality. I won't return because of the lady on the phone and the way she treated me. I don't think its good practice to treat your customers like you are doing them a favor by refunding money for products that should have never been sent to them in the first place. I have never had an experience like this when I have shopped local. Its really a shame. But, I will go and donate the bow. Right into the trash, where it belongs.

First time shopper at this company. The clothes that I picked out are cute enough, but my daughter really wanted to get the surprise box. DO NOT PURCHASE THE SURPRISE BOX! Ugliest outfits ever. The quality of clothes from the surprise box is horrible... Money wasted. I think they throw the clothes that they can't sell into the box! Looking at the picture on the website, I thought I would get something cuter. You would think they would try to "wow" their customers so they would return or refer their friends. Not happy with my experience here.

I am OBSESSED with Sparkle in Pink! They have the most darling clothes at great prices. They also have a pickup option, so if you live within a reasonable distance, you save on shipping costs. The clothing is wonderful quality and I have never been disappointed in any way with my purchases. Plus, my girls always LOVE when they get items from SIP.
