Our family is so happy to have found this campground. I have camped my entire life and have camped all across the state and country. I have never been to a campground like this. East Lake is by far our favorite campground we have ever stayed at.nnThe staff are extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. They have so much for the kids to do. A beautiful lake, great fishing, a nice playground. Everything is very very clean.nnEvery camper always seems to be happy and friendly. It has been my experience in campgrounds that the seasonal campers are not friendly to the “weekenders”. That is definitely not the case here. Our first time camping here we had multiple seasonal residents come to us and welcome us. In conversation they would say that they didn’t remember seeing us around before and wanted to welcome is and make us feel at home.

Campsites were tight and not very level. Amenities were awesome though, there is a beach and boat launch. Many water rentals were offered (pontoon boat rental, SUP, kayak's, paddleboats, etc).

Just camped out here for one night on our way back from the U.P. I have to say this is by far one of the better camp grounds to stay at. The staff was very nice, especially Mark who manages the grounds and his wonderful family. You can do just about any fun activity here, pontoon boat riding, kayaking etc. Very quiet and friendly people. Will be coming back when the time is right for sure. You get 5 stars from me ! Nice quiet lake. Nice new bathrooms on non-full hook up side. Bathrooms near full book up need updating. Rec center barn was cool. Updated camp store. Great for families.

Really nice camp ground on a nice Small no wave lake great fishing, lot of stuff for the kiddos, nice quiet family camp ground.
