Jeff Clark and Matt Howell and their team at Clark and Howell are excellent to work with. I have worked with Jeff on many of my personal family documents and he has been extremely helpful for over ten years to the Home Owners Association that we belong to. Matt has handled several very important litigation issues, for myself and my family and for the homeowners association. In both cases ,the outcomes, after his hard work and advice were positive. I highly recommend the attorneys at Clark and Howell.

I’ve never felt the need to get a lawyer. However a recent real estate deal devolved into personal attacks so I immediately searched for a lawyer. Clark and Howell responded in a respectful timely manner, giving me insight and direction into the situation immediately. Results were immediate and so to be sure of due diligence of the other party I followed through and hired them for the case. I had the outcome I wanted quick, even in this Covid mess.nnUndoubtedly the correct choice in real estate law on Maine. I hope I never do have to go back but if I have any more real estate matters I’m going here.

I saw first hand how Matt Howell represented my best friend and brother D-RECK, he was there night and day, never giving up. He is the best attorney that I've ever known of. If I ever need legal advice or representation, he is the only one I'll be hiring.

Matt Howell is flat out amazing This guy went above and beyond for me numerous times. Literary had my back through everything. If I ever hit the megabucks, he'd he the first I'd throw a few million to. I'd trust him with anything.
