My mom had her storage unit here for many years until we cleaned it out. With my mom passing away, we had no keys and the gentleman that helped us was extremely relaxed and laid-back about helping us. I told him the situation and within an hour he had the locks drilled out and he had new keys waiting for me This storage facility also rents U-Hauls, so when we were there on Sunday. They had somebody in the office to help you if you needed it. Great place to get a storage unit.
Justin was very helpful and friendly, and made the experience of last-minute renting a truck on a snowy Sunday afternoon very pleasant and easy. Truck was clean and modern. Thanks Justin! Will be returning.
Rented a Uhaul from here and they were great! The truck was super clean, and drove well. They made things super easy and made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve rented a Uhaul from a few other places and this was definitely the best experience I had.
They are an amazing company to work with. I asked Devin questions and he went out of his way to help me and make everything as easy as possible. The van was clean, very comfortable and easy to drive. It could not have been better!
Very friendly and helpful staff, Devin helped us and he made the process super simple and quick. I’ve tried others around this area and point of the mountain storage has by far been then best one so far. the facility was very clean and well kept i will definitely be renting from them again!
