They were great!! I reserved a unit online and the next day Randy called me asking if I had any questions. He was very nice and polite. When I came to see the units he suggested the best deal for what I needed and help us get into the right unit with locks and all. Shelly and Angie were great in the office and everything was quick and smooth and I got exactly what I needed at the best price I could find! I would highly recommend prime storage!
Prime storage has amazing prices that don't compare to others. The place is clean and easy to access. Employees were fun and great to talk to. They really helped and answered all my questions. So far so good!

Clean and never had issues with break ins or critters in my locker.
I love the climate control units, i know my "stuff" is secure and not going through all the seasons of melting and freezing. The people are great and prices are fair... It is convienient to get in and out and they provide carts to move stuff in and out..I couldnt do it without the great carts they provide.
