Matt is amazing! I have been talking to him for a while and we were finally able to purchase a 2019 X22. I love my boat. Matt has been very helpful with the entire process. He also has been available to help me when I have questions. Great staff and very friendly!
I’m so glad we chose to purchase our boat with Utah Water sports, from the first inquiry text on a Sunday ( not expecting a text back.) I received a text back instantly from Matt. Any day and any time of night this guy is always willing to go above and beyond for us both during the buying process and for everything after no matter what it is. I would recommend this business and Matt any day. We are so glad we chose a company that always aims to please their customers.
My winterization service was quick and relatively painless.
My friend has been buying a boat here and the customer service has been catastrophically bad. The boat was not ready when they said it would be originally and then when he did receive the boat there was an issue with the boat that caused it to fill with water rapidly once on the lake. Because of this they had to take the boat back in for repairs and give him a loaner. Since then theyve continued to be absolutely horrible at everything. Theyve said the boat would be ready like three times now and then when the date comes it isn't. It's been one problem after another and they haven't been accommodating at all, pretty much taking the attitude that they don't have to value the customer. I wouldn't recommend shopping here at all.
Not a good experience on getting take care of properly with rude customer service. Things are way overpriced feel like you getting gouged at Utah Water Sports.
