I love this store because they come in all different sizes from small to 5x. Customer service was great today!

Drove an hour to shop at the Kittery Maine location. Online said they opened at 10 am get there and door said 11am. No big deal..waited the hour and now it’s almost noon and store is still closed...guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This sounds NOTHING like the Uniform Destiantion experiences I know! I have shopped at this store for years. The Manager and part timers have always been extremely helpful. They have told me each time I am checking out about the exchange only policy even though I am a regular there. I must add that their policy is also on the receipt. It is such a shame that people feel the need to bash these good people because they want something for nothing. I work in a rather large facility and will make sure all of my coworkers know as well as anyone that reads my blog to go out and support this business to offset the immaturity shown by one family...which is obvious by the reviews. Good luck to you in finding somewhere better to shop because this store is neat, organized, and has great prices as well as a very friendly staff!

Zero stars..!! My mother went to uniform Destiination during the pandemic and was told she could not try her scrubs on due to pandemic guidelines. She cashed out and they never properly informed her that it was no return policy.. My mother works at the hospital in the area and during this pandemic there’s been so many wonderful businesses out there that are giving free merchandise to healthcare workers and this place won’t even give my mother her money back and they won’t respond to her emails . Please don’t support this store.

No stars ...!! Store did not properly inform me that I could not return for refund. I was not allowed to try clothes on because of pandemic and scrubs did not fit. I can’t believe there still a business out there that doesn’t offer refunds . I called the regional manager to explain and she never responded. I will never shop there again.
