Over $100 product, was nice when buying. Doesn't even charge out of the box. Feels like a scam and a little more customer service, without acting shady, wouldn't hurt.

Horrible experience!!! Sold me defective product and when it broke less then two days after purchased the owner refused to give me a refund or even a small discount on a new one. Unbelievable!!! The owner was a very unpleasant woman over the phone.This is how they treat their local customers.
