I had a great time and experience working with Bryce who is the client advisor and Chris who is the manager in West Springfield! Bryce is so patient with our questions and concerns and helped us a lot to get a perfect BMW for me. He really care about my requests and my needs for choosing the vehicle. I have to tell you that the service is top notch! Jason took great care of me. I can't emphasize how great the staff and technicians are. They have a great selection on BMWs especially the M series models. My 6 series moves like a demon on fire. It's like I am in a new car. They have an endless line of service options. Please check them out for yourself. I don't regret one dollar spent at this establishment.

I have been shopping for my BMW for quite a few months now. My salesman ZACK CAMERON was exceptional. When we first went in 2 months ago, we arrived at the dealership just a little prior to closing time. Zack Cameron took great care of was and was extremely cheerful. He sparked up a conversation with the entire family. He did not rush us at all and we test drove 3 separate cars even though it was near closing time. He was keen on helping us find exactly what we wanted. The cars did not have a few options that we were looking for but he was able to locate a 2020 X5 M50 and we purchased the car. Due to the current pandemic, many of the dealerships started to close and the BMW factory also closed down and we were not able to receive our car due to events that were out of his control. He stayed positive and told us he would find us another car as this one did not work out. He stayed in contact with me through the 7 week closure and presented me with many alternatives remotely via email and phone. After many different options, he was able to find me the perfect car and we were able to finalize the purchase today of a 2020 X5 Msport. Thank you Zack Cameron, I will definitely be doing business with you and this dealership in the future for all my BMW purchases.
