Friendly service. Always have what I'm looking for. And I can pretty much guarantee that I won't have to wait in line so when I need to make a quick stop to grab a few things for home, this is my go to store.

Sunday 11/01/2020 5:45 PMnI called before venturing out in the rain to the Norway Walgreens Pharmacy to verify pharmacy hours and to ensure that the influenza vaccine was available. I entered the pharmacy and patiently stood in line at 5:45 PM, 15 minutes before the pharmacy was scheduled to close. After the pharmaceutical employee assisted the customer at the drive thru she filled the prescription of the customer standing in line directly in front of me who arrived literally seconds before me. Then when it was my turn and I requested the influenza vaccine she refused and told me that the pharmacy closed at 6, despite the facts that I had arrived 15 minutes before 6 and that she had just assisted the customer directly before me. I work 60-70 hours six to seven days a week & when I call to verify pharmacy hours & arrive within that time frame to be refused service is completely unacceptable. I might expect this level of unprofessional & laziness from a fast food or gas station employee but certainly not from my local pharmacy.

The pharmacy is a joke. Never get waited on. Never enough people for the counter or drive thru window. Horrible customer service.

Pharmacy was very prompt in calling my other Pharmacy in Rhode Island to transfer my information and my medications, I was a little dismayed when I saw that a certain medication was not covered, but yet Rite Aid covers it and Rite Aid is now a Walgreens pharmacy? Anyway, the story is pretty big and I saw their selection and just briefly looked over everything and overall, great service and very informative staffud83dudc4d

I have always had excellent service from the pharmacy every time. Flu shots or insurance help. They have always been able to assist me with any of my needs. Excellent service.
