Amazing new place just outside of town. Excellent Spanish influenced dishes including sangrias and paella. Great menu with specials rotating. Coffee bar was also excellent with real espresso drinks and baked goods. Chef Chris brings an incredible touch to everything. They're building a new front patio for great outdoor dining. Also, try the made to order iced tea with hand squeezed lemon in a huge cup!

I’m really excited about this new addition to the local food scene and just tried it out tonight for the first time. Very pleased! Salmon burger was excellent as was the bistro salad with quail eggs. I look forward to working my way through the varied menu!

The arrival of Ann's in Damariscotta is a culinary coup. Abby and Chris are lovely and hospitable owners. Chris' cooking is stellar; he has a fine dining pedigree, but this food is down to earth and soulful. The ingredients are fresh and the flavors are delicious. My wife and I have been eating our way through the menu: paella, burgers, salads, etc. Everything has been terrific.

Very good food and atmosphere. Good espresso, too. I enjoy afternoon coffee breaks with a sweet treat, and grabbing a interesting book to read through from the shelves. Dinner options are also great!

Our meal from Ann's Book Bistro was phenomenal. The bistro burger is on par, or better, than any renowned burger place we have been in any city. Both the quality of the ingredients and quality of the cooking are evident, and it was done to a perfect medium rare. Our fettuccine primavera was also excellent. It is an unexpected treat to have access to such exceptional (and reasonably priced) food right in Damariscotta. Not to mention the hospitality and kindness of the owners. We are excited to try the rest of the dinner items, plus their breakfast menu and coffee.
