They forgot one of the items, did not wring it up to begin with. We were short a meal for a family member who was waiting all day to sink her teeth into the KFC Famous Bowl-she was not happy and neither was I!!!

Went here last night in a snow storm no one was in line and you could tell they had not had many customers I ordered $70 worth of food got home and everything was cold and hard I called them and the lady called me a lier and said the food was hot when they served me an hour ago and it was just 15 minutes I don't live far from them

I found 2 hairs in my popcorn chicken tonight while I was eating. The chicken was cold and it definitely wasn’t my hair because it was black and short. Very grossed out & way over priced
