Dear Lord if you have a family DO NOT GO HERE! When trying to make reservations we were told NO to any time we had tried and he told us we could come at a certain time. Even with COVID currently we showed up at the said time and were told to sit in the back and that we are not ready for you by a very impolite manager/host. After 20 minutes they finally sit us with terrible service through out our entire time at this restaurant, the waiter was impolite and hit my foot 4 times and did not apologize. Took the wine glasses and placed them on another table after being touched. The food was overcooked and the sauce is unseasoned. Any pizza place down town here could do better in both service and food. If there is a possibility to give this restaurant a zero I wish I could. Later on through my stay here I overheard that the service was horrible to other people who had visited. Save yourself the time, the money, and the frustration and do not go here. It’s great that the crew is payed enough to defend their manager with more great quality comments. Way to run a business.

My boyfriend and his family went for dinner here and it was absolutely phenomenal. I loved how authentic the food was and the service was up to par. Best food I've had in awhile. If you love cheese, I definitely recommend this place.

We eat out a lot, and at a variety of excellent establishments. This place? Where to start? Rude host...and I mean blatantly rude. As my teenage son noted, “that guy hates his job”.We sat for 10 minutes before our waitress arrived. We had not even been given menus when seated. We then waited another 10 minutes...no service, no drink order, nothing. Our waitress attended to the table beside us several times. We were apparently invisible. For the prices they charge...yeah...it was a joke, we got up and left. In a time when we’re all trying to support businesses, this place doesn’t merit any support. And judging from the rude responses given by the owner to negative reviews, this establishment is just a sad tourist trap. Stay away.

Very disappointed in EVERYTHING at this restaurant. People are very rude and disrespectful. After I got sat down and didn’t use the wine glasses they picked them up and set them on another table. How disgusting!! After that I got my food after waiting about 45 minutes and it tasted like bland cold mush. Absolutely no flavor and hard overcooked pasta. I know what it’s like to be in the restaurant business and understand it’s difficult at times but no need for the disrespect, uncleanliness, and disgusting food for the price.
