Nice trail. Happy there were hikers before us we followed shoe prints in snow. We got to the road wasn't sure to walk up the road or cross over in several places. Also, confused rather to cross Glen cove rd. Map showed loop and signs said trail ended at that area. When we got to the road there was a pedestrian crossing sign but with no actual crosswalk. BUT overall GREAT trail! Hoping to be able to get down to the ocean from trail when less slippery.

A nice trail that winds through woods with views of the ocean. There are a few hills and the path is clear. There are fitness stations located here and there as well as a few benches and pic nic tables.

This trail is open to the public and provided by Pen Bay Medical Center and it's sponsors. It provides a beautiful walk through the woods around the hospital property perimeter. Also leads to beautiful views of the waterfront that would be otherwise inaccessible.nFit-Trail stations dot the trail at intervals for those looking to add calisthenics to their walk.nIt is a dog friendly trail with pet stations along the way for poo-bags (so please be courteous and pick up after your dog).nI pushed a rugged double stroller and had little difficulty on the wide, well-groomed trail. The trail is groomed with wood chips.nI would not recommend this trail to anyone in a standard wheelchair. There are places where the trail crosses drives that are curbed. Although stream crossings are bridged, these bridges have small step up from trail. Not ideal for a standard wheelchair.

The best. Big hills, an ocean view, wood bark covered trail. Just long enough. Maintenance has been slacking lately.
