Beautiful and peaceful park. Spectacular scenery... that's why there are artists with easels out painting/drawing. Pack a lunch and enjoy for a few hours. No problem parking at this time of year and free.
Nice park with plenty of room. Parking lot across the street. Benches and tables for use, but no fire or grills allowed. Go for the afternoon with a picnic lunch or plan to spend the day. There is a restroom available with a little room to change for swimming. Head down to the swimming area. It changes with the tide. I would suggest watershies because it is a little rocky with pebbles. Large rock in the swim area to head to and climb. Tide pools when the tide goes down. Also a good spot to go fishing for mackerel and striped bass. Great views of the coast.
A very serene place to take a walk and collect your thoughts.
Beautiful park off the beaten path. Large pavilion. Lots of access to the water with some small patches of sandy beech.
