Y’all, this was was legitimately the BEST espresso/coffee my husband and I have ever tasted. We decided to stop by here for breakfast on a whim, and it ended up being basically a spiritual experience. From the moment we tasted the coffee, we looked at each other and knew it was love at first sip. As a result, we adjusted our Maine vacation itinerary so that we could have more coffee here. Seriously... I cannot stress how GOOD this coffee is. The only problem is that every coffee that isn’t Red Cup is going to taste horrible in comparison now.nnThe owner (Dan) was incredibly helpful and friendly, and gave us great coffee tips and didn’t flinch even when we customized each drink and sandwich in a dozen different ways. The food (all baked by his wife) is delicious, too! Please do yourself a favor and make this a PRIORITY when visiting Boothbay Harbor!!!

Our family loves the Red Cup! The service is great, the staff is friendly and the owners are really nice. Everything they serve is delicious. You can't beat a slice of Breakfast Pizza in the morning. The Uno Tuto Tomato is perfect for lunch and is the best sandwich ever! They have a very tasty Tomato Basil Soup with sourdough bread on the side if you're feeling like having something light...it's fantastic. And of course they have a large variety of beverages both hot and cold to chose from such as my usual, a good ole' cappuccino. Stop by and treat yourself to something refreshing and flavorful, you won't be sorry!

Best coffee and breakfast in Town, fast friendly and top quality. The place is spotless and the owners are local residents. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

always delicious and always friendly! Dan and his wife and crew have been providing yummy treats and coffee to me and my family for many years and I will surely continue to visit for many more!

Red Cup is an amazing place to go and grab a quick bite to eat when exploring Boothbay and has GREAT covid protocols
