I went to Campers Inn last Saturday to look at a used 2011 hybrid camper. Filled out the credit application. Was told I would be called sometime Tuesday. I called mid afternoon to check. Was told I would be called later Tuesday or Wednesday. No calls. I called Friday, was told the finance person was in a closing and would be calling when he was done. No call again. Called Saturday morning and spoke to the general manager, who made it sound like I was a bother ( telling me they sold a bunch of campers), which I’m sure they did. I just wanted to find out if they had time to do anything with mine. Finally got a call, which I DID NOT answer on my way to Gander RV in Hatfield, MA. I finally called Campers Inn back and left a message that they could cancel my application. Still they called me again and I informed them to cancel my application as I just found out I was approved (in less than an hour) that I was approved for a brand new camper through Gander.nI know all about customer service and I know it’s busy. But the least that finance or the salesman could do is call me back and say they haven’t gotten to it yet.nSo, Campers Inn, you lost a customer, which you don’t care, but I hope this will help others to know what kind of place you are. Oh, this is Campers Inn in Union Ct. I hope the other Campers Inn are not as bad as you!

Had the best experience twice with campers inn staff Tech Jim was able to answers all questions and concerns without hesitation. Lori and Rachel were awesome the follow up was on point and took our concerns and address all issues I a timely and professional manner Service manager Adam made sure all our issues were taken care of.

We came here during our RV purchasing process to get an idea of the Grand Designs available. We had been to a variety of dealers around CT and Phil was above and beyond the best salesperson we met. He was knowledgeable, familiar with the RV lifestyle and needs, and super helpful without being pushy. They had a wide variety of campers and it was a pleasure learning about them with Phil. Highly recommended for anyone in the market for an RV!

We had an amazing experience from sales to service. Mike our salesman was not pushy at all and just wanted to find us the perfect camper we were looking for and we found it! The service department was exceptional and went above and beyond during our walk through and setting up our rig. They made sure we were good to go and went the extra mile. Highly recommend them over any other dealer around. Adam and Laurie were amazing in the service. We will be life long customers now!

We want to thank Laurie and Will from Camper's Inn, Union, CT for providing wonderful service the day we had our walk through for our new Grand Design Imagine 2500RL. We never owned a trailer and we have never hauled anything before so it was a stressful event for us to learn a lot in a small amount of time. The recording we made of Will showing us the trailer already has been really helpful. Laurie was extremely friendly and welcoming on a day that was quite stressful for us. Will did a great job taking us through the systems of our trailer and was kind enough to wear a mask during the entire time; which wasn't fun for any of us, but we got through it.nWill also was great at resolving a few minor issues we found during the walk through and we also want to thank the new employee (didn't get his name) who not only put our new sway bar/hitch on, and fixed the CO detector, but also fixed a relay switch he discovered wasn't working on our truck. Super, super helpful. We'll definitely see you before winter to get everything winterized. Hope you have a great season. Jen and Gary
