Edited from 5 stars. Every single time they are atleast 30 minutes behind. It's been months and I still wait every time.nnThis location still makes good food. Some of the other locations aren't the same anymore. But this one is still good!

Had to wait 40 minutes for an online order AND THEY LEFT OUT A BURRITO. NEVER RETURNING.

I would give them -5 stars if I could. They never have fajita veggies and don't complete an order without the main ingredient in it. Figure out your it systems and your customer service

I used to frequent this Chipotle a lot (and still do) because despite the absolutely awful service, constantly long wait times, and completely wrong orders, I still love Chipotle! So I figured instead of writing another review about how slow, understaffed, and generally terrible this Chipotle is, I would give out a few pieces of advice.nn1. Arrive at least 20-30 minutes after your expected order time. Trust me, it will not be ready before that.nn2. Prepare yourself for your food to be wrong. Something with your order WILL be wrong, and you need know this going in. That way the disappointment is less severe.nn3. Never give them the benefit of the doubt. I have many times hoped that some miracle will occur and that I do not need to follow step 1 or 2. This has never been the case.nn4. You can complain to Chipotle online and receive either a refund or a free entree (in a very timely manner). Dont spend too much time describing how they need more staff, improved app times, better systems or anything like that because they do not care. Just let them know which food item was wrong and what type of refund you would like.nnI genuinely hope these tips help you have a better Chipotle experience. We can only hope that in a year or two, we will start to see some positive changes. In the meantime, try the Maine Mall location.

I thought all the reviews had to be wrong. Surely it wasn't that bad... It's that bad. 30+ people inside, currently waiting 20 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready. Probably going to have to leave without my food. DON'T COME HERE.
