McDonald's

I was ignored for about 5 minutes when standing directly in front of the cash register waiting to order despite 3 different employees walking within 10 feet of me and 2 of the employees, including the employee who eventually took my order, walked up and retrieved something from under the cash register. Not one of the employees said anything to me while I was standing there or acknowledged my existence in any way. This fact was noticed by another customer who who had already ordered. The gentlemen said to me 'yeah they didn't seem to see me for several minutes when I first walked in either'. Finally after the cashier walked up to the register to take my order he just stood there not saying anything and starting at me for a very long uncomfortable moment he finally asked 'ok did you want to order? ' I almost said no at that point but since I was there to get supper for my elderly mother I decided to place my order. I had 2 coupons but was informed in a very insulting manner that they only accept one coupon per customer. I wasn't upset or angry that I couldn't use 2 coupons I was however pretty angry at the tone of voice that was used and the little psh sound and the rolling of his eyes after informing me of that fact. Every other visit I had ever had there was usually pleasant but this visit was the exact opposite and frustrating to say the least. I did not feel like a valued customer to say the least. More like I was an inconvenience to them for wanting to order food.

Food was well prepared and hot. It was ready quickly and staff was pleasant. A good, inexpensive lunch while running errands.

Standard McDonald's. Speed is quick at this one . Atleast it seemed that way. Breakfast was hot.

The fish burger s and fries were delicious and for a change VERY HOT..

Fast drive thru. Always hot food. Quick if your on the go and hungry!!
