Check-in was excellent. I mentioned we had an unfortunate incident and damaged our RV's step going through a toll plaza. The escort brought us steps to use! They have wonderful huge pull-through sites. This location was close to Acadia National Park, many attractions, and the town of Ellsworth that has everything. Highly recommend!

GREAT place that we are very happy we found. Good mix of Seasonal sites and RV sites. Very clean and quiet. 15 minutes from Bar Harbor with lots to do in the area. We are already picking our sites for our next visit.

I called to let them know we would arrive late. They said a map and site number would be In a box to the left of the office. When we arrived and checked the box there was no map or site number. We had to park in front of the office till it opened up at 8 am. When we went into the office the next morning they said somebody must have taken our map. They did not offer to refund the night we were unable to use the site. They simply said people were being destructive. Other than this the site had gravel, a picnic table and fire ring. There were more sites that were for seasonal campers rather than tourists. As an rv Park it is merely ok. If you need anything know you will have to leave the campground to buy it. The laundry cost 2.50 for a washer and 2.50 for the dryer. It is close to Acadia National Park.

This is a wonderful RV park! We stay here for 3 months every summer. The owners, Colton & Morgan will bend over backwards to ensure you have a pleasant stay. They helped us out time and again when we needed assistance. They are so nice and friendly to everyone. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Maine.
